Competent authority
The national authority responsible for supervising NIS2 compliance and enforcing it.
Each member state designates one or more competent authorities. They hold the article 32 and 33 supervisory powers: inspections, audits at the entity's expense, binding instructions, orders to publish non-compliance, and administrative fines.
