Art. 23(4)(a)
Early warning
The first filing, due within 24 hours of becoming aware of a significant incident.
It must indicate whether the incident is suspected of being caused by unlawful or malicious acts, and whether it could have a cross-border impact. It is deliberately light: the purpose is to let the CSIRT offer assistance early, not to obtain a full analysis.
