CSIRT
Computer Security Incident Response Team — the national body designated by each member state to receive incident notifications and provide assistance.
Every member state must designate at least one CSIRT. It is normally the recipient of your article 23 filings, though some member states route notifications through the competent authority instead. Which one applies to you depends on your national transposition law.
